Jason Cunningham grew up in Boston. After graduating from Georgetown University, Jason attended Harvard Law School. He began his career as an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. After spending several years working in Los Angeles as a corporate attorney, Jason transferred to Gibson Dunn’s New York office and focused his practice on litigation. He worked on several high-profile litigation cases for the firm, including the defense of a major bank against the Bernard L. Madoff Trustee, the defense of a major accounting firm in the Fannie Mae scandal and an action on behalf of millions of indigent plaintiffs versus the State of New York for denial of their food stamps.
He now lives in New York City and regularly commutes to Boston and Los Angeles.
